Austinmer Property Services is a local family owned business which commenced trading in 2008. Shannon, a licensed joiner/cabinet maker by trade takes great pride in ensuring every client receives quality service at a competitive rate. Our number one priority is to ensure you are not left waiting for a tradesperson to show up – we will always honour our commitment to you!
We offer a great range of services from something as simple as hanging some pictures to larger jobs like complete kitchen or bathrooms renovations…. and if we can’t assist, we can often point you in the direction of someone who can!
Shannon’s trade back ground adds an extra service allowing us to assist with your cabinet & joinery requirements including kitchen renovations. In addition to this Shannon also holds a current ‘Kitchen, bathroom & laundry renovators licence’ which allows us to project manage and organise relevant trades to complete your desired renovation.
In 2011 we introduced George and a second van to our business. Along with this came a workshop located in Thirroul which allows us to construct custom made security screen doors and fly screens.
